Refunds & Exchanges
Your customer experience with La Sirène is important to us. If you order from our online store and are dissatisfied with what you receive, we will happily refund your purchase or offer an exchange of equal value.
Exchanges are only available for merchandise items. We will send your exchanged item to you at no additional charge.
To receive a refund or to exchange your purchase, we require the unwanted item to be returned to us, unless in extenuating circumstances. All returns and exchanges must be unused and the item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You are responsible for paying the cost of shipping in order to return the item for refund or exchange.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt of proof of purchase.
If 28 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we will not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged Products
If the product ordered is damaged or there is a fault, please contact us to arrange a refund for the value of damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery.
- Evidence will be required to support any claim.
- Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 5 business days.
Returns
All returns should be sent to: La Sirene Brewing, 277 Edwardes Street, Reservoir, Victoria, 3073.
It is advised that you use a trackable shipping service, as we will not be held responsible for any returns that are not received. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund.
Refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 5 business days.
