We’re very much looking forward to our inaugural Industry Day on Monday 29 July, 12-6pm!
This is our first ever Industry Day, and we’re inviting all our hospo and off-premise liquor friends to the brewery!
This will be a great chance for us to connect, and to exchange ideas, insights and inspiration.
We have some fantastic new products to show you on the day which we are pretty excited about (plus some of our older ones!). We will also be putting on some complimentary snacks from our kitchen.
Please invite your teams and come along yourself on Monday 29 July between 12-6pm at Bar La Sirène, 277 Edwardes Street, Reservoir!
Come along for as little or as long as you like, anytime from 12-6pm.
Costa and Dylan will be there and we can’t wait to connect with you about what’s been happening and a glimpse of what’s to come for La Sirène into summer and beyond.

Restaurant Gaea is exactly our type of restaurant. An intimate and moody space, delivering exceptional quality with the best ingredients and their own unique flair.
We are thrilled to collaborate with Mo Zhou (ex Attica, Vue de Monde, The Press Club) and his amazing Fitzroy restaurant for what is sure to be a highly memorable, elevated dining experience – far more than just a dinner!
With seating for just 16 people, tickets are highly limited for this exclusive wild ale degustation – the premiere event at Gaea’s highly regarded and noteworthy Melbourne restaurant.
Featuring 5 La Sirène wild ales, paired with a specially-curated 5 course menu from Gaea head chef, Mo Zhou (ex Attica, Vue de Monde, The Press Club), this will be a unique event and not-to-be-missed!

Join us to celebrate International Beer Day at La Sirène, as we pay homage to our roots!
From our brewery’s inception, we have been inspired by the rustic ales of Belgium – As Australia’s first Saison-focused brewery, we’re drawing on this inspiration with a mussels special!
Mussels & Saison are a historical match made in heaven and we are excited to offer this special pairing on International Beer Day.
Join us to celebrate the spirit of Belgium and farmhouse beers right here at the home of Australian Saison – La Sirène.
Bookings are recommended to secure your mussels 🙂 and to avoid disappointment.
$25 for a bowl of mussels with chat potatoes, yum!
Walk ins are of course welcome on the night but please note mussels will be subject to availability without a booking.
