HONEY & CHAMOMILE SAISON
WORKER BEE is our award-winning FLOR SAISON co-fermented with raw honey from bee hives located in the Goldfields of Victoria and freshly foraged chamomile flowers.
The idea was 2-fold, firstly we love nothing more on a cold winters day to sip on honey & chamomile tea to warm ourselves up here during the winter months, so we always had imagined creating the same experience on a Farmhouse base-beer for the summer months, secondly it was an opportunity to work with Benedict from the Practical Bee Keeper who looks after the hives and to work with freshly harvested raw honey was an opportunity not to be missed!
This wild ale is just stunning.. it takes our trusty Flor Saison and elevates it with foraged chamomile flowers and raw Castlemaine honey. Just another way we are working with the fruits of our environment!
