THE LOW DOWN
Rose Wild Ale is a wine-hybrid Farmhouse Ale co-fermented with premium freshly-pressed cabernet juice from the esteemed Dominique Portet Winery in the Yarra Valley Victoria. The juice component was added to an active fermentation un-sulphured so as to retain all the natural yeasts within the juice as well as the fruit purity. The results are like drinking a blend of Dominique Portet’s Fontaine Rose mixed with a La Sirene Farmhouse Ale. weird hu!

BREWERS NOTES
Working with Ben & the team at Dominique Portet Winery was a privilege and alot of fun to say the least! it was very much in the spirit of coming togethor across the different liquor categories, something we love doing here at LS HQ. As for the Rose Wild Ale – it is simply drinkable and delicious!
