Barrel 023 is a non-carbonated Still Ale that was so unique and complex, we didn’t want to do anything to it other than bottle it as is! This very natural wild ale has aromatic & complex notes of apricots, over ripe fruits and drinks almost like an aged minimal-intervention ‘Orange wine’.

BREWERS NOTES
This still ale reminds me of a Natural Georgian wine with its strong aromatics and superb texture, the mouthfeel is monumental yet silky.
