Shipping & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing La Sirene! We are dedicated to ensuring that your order arrives safely and promptly. Please review the following details for shipping and delivery:

1. Order Confirmation

After placing your order online, you will receive an email confirming your order details. We aim to confirm receipt of your order within 24–48 hours, although it may take longer if the order is placed over the weekend or during busy periods.

2. Shipping Timeframe

We strive to dispatch your order via Aramex Courier Service within 5 business days. However, please note that if any items are unavailable, delivery may take longer. In such cases, we will notify you and keep you updated on the status of your order.

3. Delivery Instructions

In compliance with Australian liquor laws, an adult over the age of 18 must be present to accept the delivery. Appropriate identification (such as a driver’s license or passport) may be required.

You can provide delivery instructions during checkout via order notes. For example, you may authorize the courier to leave your order at your premises. If no instructions are provided, the courier may not leave the parcel at your address and will leave a notice explaining how to collect your delivery.

4. Service Areas and Shipping Restrictions

While we aim to serve as much of Australia as possible, delivery is limited to certain postcode regions. If you cannot see or select your postcode during checkout, or if the cart indicates there is no shipping option available, we may be unable to deliver to that area.

5. Delivery to PO Boxes and Drop Boxes

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes or alternative drop boxes, eg Parcel Lockers. All deliveries require a valid Australian residential or business address.

6. International Shipping

Currently,we do not deliver outside of Australia. All orders must have a valid Australian shipping address.

7. Returns & Refund Policy

At La Sirene, we take great care in ensuring that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are committed to resolving the issue quickly and efficiently.

a. Returns for Damaged or Faulty Goods

We are unable to accept returns for change of mind due to the nature of the products we sell (alcoholic beverages). However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at orders@lasirene.com.au within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

In the case of damaged goods:

  • Please provide us with clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement to be sent or offer a full refund, depending on stock availability and your preference.
  • If the product is out of stock, we will provide a refund for the damaged item(s) once the return is processed unless other arrangements are mutually agreed on.

b. Incorrect Products

If you have received an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either send the correct item(s) or issue a full refund for the incorrect items.

c. Process for Returns/Exchanges

  • Step 1: Contact us via email at orders@lasirene.com.au within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please include your order number, the affected items, and photographs (if applicable).
  • Step 2: After we assess the issue, we will guide you through the return process. If we request that you return the item, we will provide instructions on how to do so.
  • Step 3: Upon receipt of the damaged or incorrect item, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.

Note: All returns must be in their original packaging and condition, and the cost of return shipping may be covered by us in cases of damage or error.

d. Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

e. Non-Returnable Products

As a liquor retailer, we are unable to accept returns for products that are not damaged, faulty, or incorrectly sent. All sales are final unless stated otherwise under these conditions.

f. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that an adult (18 years or older) is available to accept and sign for the delivery of alcohol. If the product is returned due to the recipient being unavailable or unable to verify age, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
