As you already know, we love working with Victorian winemakers - be it on collaborative wine-hybrid wild ales, or across our ever-changing wine list.

On Saturday 20 September, we've invited hospo dynamo and winemaker Stelios Kimonides to showcase his self-named wine range. Stelios' natural wines are expressive and on point.

• Stelios will be there Saturday 2 -7pm offering a personal tasting from the range
• Stelios Kimonides will be taking over our wine list with their range - so sit back order something off our food menu and pair it with a glass or two of Stelios Kimonides wines.

After the amazing response of our first collaboration announcement, a second date is now on offer!

A much loved recently closed Reservoir local Thai restaurant pops up for one day only at La Siréne Reservoir. Golden Peanut Chef Andrew takes over the kitchen and presents a curated menu of his much loved dishes. A joyous collaboration, not to be missed.
