Our beers have always been made to go with great food. Beer and cheese in particular has been a huge part of the La Sirène story since our early days - well before we opened a venue. We firmly believe that beer and cheese is just as synonymous as wine and cheese.

When our long-time friends at Audacious Monk Cellars invited us to host a beer & cheese masterclass at their place, it was an easy "yes"!

Join Costa and the team as we walk you through a range of La Sirène beers, delicately paired with an array of artisan cheeses. Salut!

As part of Melbourne Food & Wine Festival 2025 and for one night only, we’re joining forces with Restaurant Gaea’s Mo Zhou (Gaea co-owner & head chef; ex-Attica, Press Club, Vue de Monde) and Charles Duan (chef pop-up extraordinaire and Gaea sommelier) for this never-to-be-repeated wild ale dining experience.

Join Costa, Mo and Charles among the French oak barrels of La Sirène Reservoir as we take you on a journey of modern-Asian robatayaki cuisine – four courses paired with our world-renowned wild ales.
