    Charles Duan (Melbourne Chef & Gaea Sommelier) joins us at La Sirène Reservoir for a ONE-DAY-ONLY yakitori fire-up.

    Charles + Yakitori is a lovestory built on raw fire and charcoal.

    His high-concept pop-ups blend Mongolian, Northern Chinese, and modern Asian influences.

    With a one day only menu by Charles THINGS ON STICKS is desinged to mix, match and share. Perfect with a glass of La Sirène or two, this event will be a taste sensation!
