  • DEFIALY X LA SIRÈNE BEER Vs WINE DINNER

    FRI 19th JUNE 7pm

    Arrive from 6:30pm for drink & appetizer on arrival

    LA SIRÈNE RESERVOIR

    We've teamed up with winemaking wizard and good mate Micah from Defialy Wines to put the two categories to the test!

    Join us across an extensive six-course European-style bistro degustation, created by our wonderful Chef Andy. Each course has been carefully designed to be paired with a La Sirène wild ale AND a Defialy wine.

    $129 pp (vegetarian option avail)

    This will be a fun and interactive night with Costa and Micah. Engage with the makers themselves and share your thoughts on this journey of flavour.

    Drop in Thursdays and dig into four mouth-watering burgers— classic cheese burger, fried chicken burger, fish burger, or mushroom burger whipped up by our talented Chef Andy for just $12.

    Add chips + $4* and you can grab a cold house lager for + $5 (330mL).*
