Table Beer is a brewing style that’s been around for centuries. Historically brewed as a safer drinking option than water, today they’re enjoyed for their rustic character, uncompromised by their characteristically lower alcohol content. These beers are a fantastic accompaniment to good food and catching up with good friends.
Join La Sirène founder Costa Nikias at our brewery in Reservoir for an exploration of this highly approachable and amazingly diverse category of beer.
Explore five of our own Table Beers, introduced in conversation with Costa. Served with nibbles from our kitchen.

Join us at Navi Lounge for the evening as we explore the craft of wild fermentation through five of our distinct wild ales, each paired with a curated snack from the Navi kitchen.
‘Local’ in Cherokee, Navi is a nod to Chef and Owner Julian Hills’ (Good Food Chef of the Year 2023) American heritage.
Navi is Julian’s dream. His own space to create a balanced tasting menu using ingredients sourced from small producers and local farms. The parallels between Julian’s approach to dining and ours to the creation of farmhouse and wild ales are certain to make for an exciting and intriguing exploration.
Together, Julian and Costa look forward to interacting with you as they present their work and explain the story behind each snack and beer pairing.
This understated, two-hatted fine diner in the backstreets of Yarraville is certain to leave an impression. The event will be hosted in Navi’s welcoming lounge space – an intimate environment in which to sample our artisanal wild ales, alongside Julian’s snack creations.
