Join Costa (La Sirène Founder & Chief) and Jarrad (Starward Head Blender) for this free event as we launch the third and final part of our Dark Star collaboration series at Bar La Sirène! The launch will also feature a showcase of select whiskies from Starward!
Back in 2021, we started this three-part collaboration, maturing our famed Praline – cacao, hazelnut & vanilla stout – in ex-Starward Whisky barrels. Each release has seen further time in these oak barrels – 6, 12 and now 36 months, each demonstrating deeper and more complex flavours.
Be among the first to try and take home this barrel-aged and whisky-imbued Praline stout – Dark Star 3.0. Jarrad will also be showcasing a selection of unique Starward cask whiskies, so don’t miss out!
Bookings are recommended if you want to secure your table, but walk-ins are also welcome.
